Coconut Powdered Chocolate Chip Cookies
Looking for something sweet with the lovely taste of coconut? These coconut flour chocolate chip cookies are sure to hit the spot.
Ingredients:
- 2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
- 3 Tablespoons Coconut Flour
- 1-1 1/2 Tablespoons Honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract Pinch of salt
- 2 Tablespoons
Directions:
- Get started by preheating your oven to 365 degrees.
- Mix coconut flour, coconut oil, vanilla extract, honey, and salt together in a food processor or blender.
- Throw some chocolate chips and mix until you reach an evenly distributed chocolate chip to dough consistency.
- Scoop out each cookie with a rounded ½ tablespoon.
- Put the cookie dough lumps (try not to eat them yet!) on a parchment lined cookie sheet. You should have about 10-12 small cookies. B
- Bake the cookies for around 8-10 minutes until they are golden brown.
- Try to be patient and let the cookies cool down before removing them from the cookie sheet. If you try to take them off before they cool, they might crumble!
- Serve warm for optimum enjoyment!
Coconut Flour Muffins

Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup of coconut flour
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 Teaspoon of sea salt
- 1/2 Cup of coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 Teaspoon of baking soda
- 1/2 Cup of honey or maple syrup
- 1 Teaspoon of vanilla extract
Directions:
- Get started by preheating your oven to 365 degrees.
- Mix all your dry ingredients together in a small bowl and set aside.
- Whip out a medium bowl and beat your eggs.
- Mix in your melted coconut oil, honey, and vanilla.
- Toss in your dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Let it sit for 3-5 minutes so the coconut flour can absorb the liquid.
- Scoop your batter into a muffin pan (each muffin should be filled 3/4 of batter.)
- Take a break and let it bake (25-30 minutes.)
- Let your muffins cool down before serving.
