Coconut Flour Keto Bread

 

Ingredients

  • ½ cup coconut flour

  • 5 eggs

  • ¼ cup melted coconut oil

  • ½ tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs until foamy.

  2. Add coconut oil and vinegar.

  3. Mix in coconut flour, salt, and baking soda.

  4. Rest 3 minutes.

  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30–35 minutes.
