3 tbsp coconut flour
2 eggs
1 tbsp melted coconut oil
1 tsp honey or monk fruit
½ cup almond, oat, or coconut milk
½ tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
Vanilla extract
Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, and honey.
Add coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
Let rest for 3–5 minutes to thicken.
Cook on low heat until bubbles appear; flip.
Serve with berries or honey.
