⅓ cup coconut flour
2 eggs
3 tbsp melted coconut oil
¼ cup coconut sugar or monk fruit
¼ cup dark chocolate chips (dairy-free)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Mix eggs, coconut oil, and vanilla.
Add coconut flour, sweetener, and salt.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Shape and flatten slightly.
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 10–12 minutes.
